Manually Running an Immediate Synchronization

To run an immediate synchronization between the Remote Server and Master Server, complete the following steps:

1. Click Distributed Server Configuration from the toolbar.  The Distributed Server Configuration window appears.
2. Select a Master Server from the list and click Run Synchronization Now.
   The synchronization status is displayed in the lower half of the Distributed Server Configuration window.

Note:  In order to synchronize a Remote Server and Master Server, the Remote Server must be enabled on the Distributed Remote Servers page within the Reveille Web interface.  See Remote/Distributed Servers for more information.
